Thanks to Trevor and Gail for finding the Eden Brewery in Mittagong, New South Wales, and taking us to the brewery! It’s located in the Southern Highlands reasonably near Bowral. If you are a cricket-loving fan, Bowral is the birthplace of Sir Donald Bradman.

You could probably guess one of the owners is American just by looking at the logoed items they sell.,
Eden Brewery is owned by an American man and his Australian wife who met while working for a Non-Government Organization (NGO). 10% of their profits go to Oxfam. You can guess the owner is American just by looking at the website. They have a page of events, including pizza and food truck visits as well a page with locations of bars that sell their various beers. They’ve clearly passed Marketing 100.

They had an Anzac beer fermenting for an April 25th release date. The brewing is also located in the back part of the building.
